Same Day PCR Results Availability and Turnaround Time:

Monday thru Friday PCR tests administered before 1 pm will result by 8 pm.

Not Applicable on Saturday and Sunday.

 

In order to receive results by 8 pm the following conditions must be met at the time of test:

• Complete patient registration with accurate information

• Correct email address and phone number must be provided during registration

• Active Insurance Information that can be verified by Doctorow with your Health Plan

• If uninsured, payment must be made at time of test

This is not a guarantee but rather a best effort.

 

Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, power outages, delivery delays, laboratory hardware or software malfunctions, and email errors.

A re-test may be required if the initial test result comes back as invalid.

 

Due to spam filters and other email issues, if you have not received your result by 8:30 pm, it is the patient’s responsibility to email: info@mydoctornow.net to request your results.
